Yes, a business license certificate is required because you work as an independent subcontractor on projects, not as an employee. Also, payment for work performed will be paid based on an issued invoice. The business license must be active for at least two months.

Yes, depending on demand, we can also arrange a contract in your preferred location. Let us know where you would like to work and we'll find out current options. We have job offers year-round. In case of interest and mutual satisfaction, long-term cooperation is also possible so you have a stable income. But we also have short-term contracts in our offer.

Most often you'll find work related to electrical installations, assembly of facade structures and panels, or plumbing in Germany and Austria. After submitting all necessary documents and approval from the foreign company, work can start immediately, so the whole process is really fast.

We provide comprehensive support throughout the entire project period. From selecting ideal offers, through assistance in securing accommodation, to ongoing support throughout the entire contract.

For cooperation, we will need from you: a resume, business license, valid EU health insurance card, PDA1 form from Social Insurance. Electricians and welders will also need specific certificates (regulation, certificate) that prove competence to perform the work.

The PDA1 form from Social Insurance confirms that even during work abroad you remain insured in Slovakia and pay contributions in Slovakia. This form will be issued by the relevant Social Insurance branch based on a work contract or order. Social Insurance usually issues the form within 45 days. We'll be happy to help you with its processing.

Yes, before starting work, it's necessary to have a personal meeting so that before starting cooperation, both parties have enough information. By agreement, a phone interview is also possible, during which we'll go over all cooperation details. This interview is not long and serves to inform all parties well.

You invoice after two worked weeks based on hours worked, invoice payment terms are 14 business days. For this reason, a business license is essential for performing work. We ensure that you always receive your payment on time and in full.

We'll help you secure accommodation near the workplace. Most projects have accommodation secured, which is included in the contract terms. In case accommodation is not part of the contract, we'll help you find suitable accommodation in the given location.

It depends on the type of contract. Some contracts require working in a team, others we can place as an individual into a team. Work experience is a condition; if you don't have the necessary experience, it's only possible to start in a team together with a more experienced colleague. Training is needed in a specific field for the given contract (electricians, locksmiths, facade workers...).

At least one of a pair or one from the team must speak German, as it's necessary to communicate at work. We offer opportunities even for beginners in working abroad, but they must be part of an already established team.

Agreed conditions don't change during the contract work period. However, the work location (construction site) may change, but you'll be informed in advance. In case you can't complete the contract or move to another, cooperation will be terminated by agreement. Payment will be made according to contract terms.
